About Ashley.
Ashley is an adventure, travel, and landscape photographer from Cape Breton Island, Nova Scotia.
After graduating from university with a Bachelor of Science in Marine Biology, Ashley booked a one way flight to Thailand. She bought her first DSLR camera for the trip (which turned into almost two years of travelling) and taught herself how to take photos and document the adventures along the way.
Ashley then returned to university, obtaining a Bachelor of Engineering degree, all the while exploring Nova Scotia and further honing her photography skills. Upon graduation she transitioned into a career as a full time freelance photographer.
Ashley is passionate about all things outdoor adventure and travel related and aims to inspire people to explore where they live!
